Pay Scale: $70k - $100k, depending on experience
Position Summary: To manage the service operations of the company. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technicians and department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, and interacting with the other managers concerning their warranty and installation needs. The Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department and ensure its continued profitability and growth.
Job Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in residential HVAC service
* Previous management experience
* Ability to pass drug and background checks
* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
* Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
* Multi-tasker who enjoys a challenge
* Highly motivated, a top performer who can instill pride in workmanship in self and others.
* Basic computer skills required, specifically MS Office, Service & Dispatch system
* Strong communication skills/sales/customer service
* Cognitive ability to comprehend the core fundamentals and operations of the HVAC business
* Detail-oriented, organized, and objective in decision-making
* Demonstrate ability to lead, mentor, and train personnel as necessary
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
