Position Summary:
We are in search of a motivated Partner Success Specialist to oversee partner communications, conduct training sessions, and provide strategic marketing guidance. This role is tailored for individuals with outstanding organizational capabilities and a meticulous approach to managing a varied workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Communication Oversight:
    Manage a high volume of partner emails daily, ensuring precise and organized responses. Collaborate with internal teams to address partner inquiries comprehensively.
  • Marketing Report Analysis and Support:
    Engage in regular discussions with partners to analyze marketing reports, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training on various topics. Post-discussion, you will be responsible for sending detailed follow-up communications and assigning tasks to relevant team members.
  • Addressing Partner Inquiries:
    Respond to a broad spectrum of partner questions, which may involve topics such as lead quality, advertising recommendations, CRM training, website modifications, design requests, SEO strategies, payment updates, and CRM troubleshooting.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while switching between various communication platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • A humble approach, with a willingness to seek assistance when necessary.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, paid search, SEO, and web technologies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple software tools and project management systems.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Willingness to learn about the orthodontic and dental industry.
  • Capability to lead training sessions confidently and effectively.
  • Access to reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
