Join us as we revolutionize the luggage industry We're a dynamic startup located in vibrant downtown Portland, and we're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all facets of logistics coordination, ensuring seamless and timely shipment scheduling, documentation, and order fulfillment. The Logistic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate shipment scheduling, documentation, and order fulfillment processes. Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain precise records and attention to detail in coordinating shipments and documentation. Identify and resolve logistics challenges by proposing effective solutions. Manage shipment schedules, inventory, and documentation efficiently. Adapt to changing shipping demands and address unexpected issues promptly. Specific Tasks: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms. Monitor shipment progress, track delivery status, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies that may arise during transportation. Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to minimize costs and improve efficiency. Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
