WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?

  • Manage the strategy and execution of a newly created equipment financing program
  • Support a dedicated teams of sales producers as a trainer, finance manager and functional finance expert and leasing SME
  • Direct Hire role, generous base compensation, $150,000 plus generous bonus; commensurate with experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field; preferred
  • 5-10 years experience managing equipment leasing programs
  • Familiar with large equipment & related leasing and warranty program
  • Familiar with concept of assignment of equipment
  • Travel across Nebraska and other midwestern states as required

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS EQUIPMENT FINANCE MANAGER?

  • Primary contact with bank and equipment leasing financial institution
  • Interface with the Sales teams and sales managers to drive sales and market share
  • Develop a plan which includes Strategic alignment, Performance Management, Marketing Strategy, Pricing Support and Sales integration
  • Create a positive culture to help cultivate a high performing team
