The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing first level support on all-incoming calls in the Mortgage Call Center. This person will have the opportunity to get their foot in the door with a great Tulsa-based company
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions related to their accounts
- Stay up to date with and provide customers when favorable rates arise
- Escalate calls when next level support is necessary
- Mortgage/financial banking experience
- Call center experience
- Knowledge of banking practices and procedures
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
- Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance
- Paid Time Off, 401k, and Holiday Pay*
- Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit
- 8-5 hours during training
- 11-7 hours post-training
