Job Description:

  • Proactively maintain professional relationships with existing customers; assess, clarify and validate customer needs regularly
  • Manage daily orders for hardware, software and paper
  • Perform remote health checks with law enforcement, Court and IT personnel
  • Assist support teams in identifying and resolving technical issues promptly
  • Participate in customer training when necessary
  • Provide software and hardware demonstrations
  • Create and deliver proposals, follow up on pricing requests
  • Ensure compliance with license agreements and document customer communications in Salesforce
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to customers
  • Generate referrals from customer relationships
  • Support on-site visits, conferences, and webinars in collaboration with sales and marketing teams


Position Requirements:

  • Experience demonstrating technical aspects of hardware and software
  • Working experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Attention to detail with written proposals, contracts, and customer data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to perform work-related travel (up to 15%)
