Trust, Estate, and Financial Planning Professional to work with sophisticated clients and their allied professionals on solutions for complex planning issues and opportunities, including trust, estate, tax, retirement, investment and charitable strategies. Individual will actively partner with internal colleagues, including Wealth Advisors and Business Development professionals, to integrate meaningful planning solutions for existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities: Own and drive the wealth planning process, which includes designing, analyzing, and presenting customized plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Identify issues and value-added planning opportunities for review and discussion with clients and clients’ advisors. Areas of emphasis include:

Financial Independence and Cash Flow analysis Estate and Wealth Transfer Planning Tax planning Insurance sufficiency and needs assessment Executive compensation planning

Deliver plans to clients in a clear and understandable manner. Responsibilities will include meeting preparation, financial plan construction, presentation of the plan to the client, meeting follow-up and ongoing client service. Become a subject matter expert, staying current on planning issues, communicating updates to our team, and contributing content to the Firm’s website (blog) and social media channels. New Business - Participate in development of new clients through individual and group efforts. Seeks opportunities to grow existing client relationships through increased wallet share. Engages with clients to create referral opportunities from existing clients. Coach and counsel advisors on financial planning strategies Lead, mentor, and coach less experienced wealth planners. Contribute to the Firm’s strategic direction of its wealth planning service offering. Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements: Possess 7+ years of legal, tax, or wealth management industry experience Bachelors Degree & Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CPA, or JD designation required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency with financial planning, estate summary, and tax projection software; MoneyGuidePro, eMoney and Holistiplan Tax Software expertise is a plus. Advanced knowledge of personal tax issues and estate planning. Professional, personable, tactful, efficient, and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork valued. Experience presenting to clients in a competent, confident, persuasive, and empathetic manner. Able to formulate knowledgeable and convincing answers to tough questions on the spot. Strong organizational skills, multitasking, accuracy, service-mindedness, and meticulous adherence to details required. Entrepreneurial-minded
