Position Summary: Our Client, an international leader in the engineering and production of advanced packaging and chocolate molding systems, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their fast-growing US team. The ideal candidate will conduct installations, provide technical support, perform maintenance, and ensure optimal performance of our Client’s packaging and chocolate molding equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair packaging systems and machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Conduct technical training for clients’ staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Provide detailed service reports.
  • Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
  • Follow company procedures and protocols.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and understand their requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to diagnose common control systems hardware issues.
  • Previous experience with robotics and packaging machineries installation and troubleshooting is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 70% of the time.
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Able to fabricate/modify parts independently using standard tooling and equipment.
