About the Role

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Site Technician to join our team. As a Site Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and successful installation of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Safety Protocols - Verify that all Oldcastle Infrastructure safety guidelines and protocols are followed on-site.
  • Verify Documentation - Confirm that company documentation and guidelines are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate with Teams - Work with inside sales, operations, and engineering teams to address customer feedback and ensure customer needs are satisfied.
  • Communicate with Operations and Engineering Teams - Share feedback from site visits/installations to identify product installation and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with Trade Shows and Customer Education - Help with trade shows and customer education about product and install expectations and guidelines.
  • Prepare Post-Installation Documentation - Prepare post-installation documentation and reports for internal and customer recording.
  • Evaluate and Improve Install Processes - Evaluate and improve current install processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Lead Pre-Construction Meetings - Lead pre-construction meetings ahead of product installation to ensure a smooth process.
  • Assess Damaged Product - Assess damaged product on-site and coordinate response and correction as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience - 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, sales, or engineering-related role.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency - Proficiency in basic business (Microsoft Office) software.
  • Preferred Experience - Experience in 6 Sigma, LEAN, 5S, or CI preferred.
  • Customer-Facing Experience - Experience with customer-facing roles preferred.

  • Travel - Heavy travel required; must be willing to work in or travel to other locations as needed.
  • Knowledge and Understanding - Knowledge and understanding of functional areas within the company.
