The Site Installation Specialist addresses customer feedback, coordinates response actions with internal teams, and ensures customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Installation Oversight: Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed during on-site installations.
- Documentation and Guidelines: Verify that company documentation and guidelines are up-to-date and accurate.
- Customer Feedback: Coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback and concerns.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products delivered and installed, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Training and Education: Assist with trade shows and customer education on product installation and expectations.
- Post-Installation Documentation: Prepare and maintain post-installation documentation and reports.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve current installation processes.
- Pre-Construction Meetings: Lead pre-construction meetings to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Damage Assessment: Assess damaged products on-site and coordinate response and correction as needed.
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, sales, or engineering-related role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic business software, experience with 6 Sigma, LEAN, 5S, or CI preferred.
- Customer-Facing: Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
- Travel: Heavy travel required; must be willing to work in or travel to other locations as needed.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, project management skills, and high ethical and professional standards.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and exemplary oral/written communication skills.
- Strategic Vision: Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to assess and interpret financial data.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and with groups, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under time constraints.
- Communication with Stakeholders: Ability to communicate with civic leaders and local, state, and national policy makers.
