Qualifications
- Supervise a team of professionals to ensure accurate, on time filings in accordance with regulatory / state requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large volume and hard deadlines.
- Assess hiring needs, interview and onboard new employees and provide on the job training
- Review and update processes in an effort to gain efficiencies while maintaining quality and compliance with states specific requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting/finance
- Experience in surplus lines compliance, filing/tax reporting experience a plus
- Not less than 2 years of experience in people management required
