**Summary**

Responsible for the definition and planning of strategies and sales targets of machinery, equipment and components for papermaking machines. The main goals of this role are to achieve or increase sales targets, with participation in the market for paper machines to produce Graphic Paper and Board & Packaging in the North America market.

**Responsibilities**

* To carry out activities for sales of machinery, equipment and components for manufacturing of paper machinery, through customer visits, meetings, conference & video calls.

* Help to support growth of market share as well as meeting sales targets through competitive proposals covering solutions for our potential customers.

* Coordinate and support the preparation of sales proposals based customers inquiries and additional information thereof, participation in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including commercial section, detailed technical specifications, calculations and layout drawings.

* Technical presentations to customers and support to management in negotiations.

* Support application engineering to decide which technical and commercial solutions will be most appropriate for the customer and that will give greater chances of sales success.

* Analyze the technical details, noting the financial and commercial aspects of the project, compiling the structure of all the necessary information for the preparation of the proposal.

* Provide business solutions that meet the needs of customers through the customer's business knowledge, periodic visits and customer relationships.

* Support to offer optimum solutions, minimizing variations between the budget, scope and guarantees envisaged at the stage of supply / sales and performed during the project.

* Coordinate the projects in North America with technological support from headquarter.

* Comply with Voith values.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

* MBA in Executive Management desirable

* At least 2 years experience in a sales position

* Knowledge of paper market

* Experience in negotiations

* Knowledge of the paper manufacture process

* Knowledge of process and installation engineering
