Being their advocate is the highest honor for usThe attributes that we look for in teammates include:Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence othersProject management and process improvementCoach-ability, adaptability, and openness to changeHighly organized and detail-orientedResults-driven and delivers outcomes while working in a fast-paced environmentConstantly thinking ahead and anticipating the needs of othersPassion, patience, and enthusiasmCommitment to exceeding client expectationsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDesire to be a long-term contributing member of the teamAs the Senior Client Service Associate, you are responsible for:Directly liaising with clients to understand their concerns, onboarding new clients, ensuring completeness and accuracy of client records, scheduling client meetings and reviews with the advisors, and enhancing client relationships with outstanding service.Proactively identifying opportunities to add value to the company.Prioritizing Principals' time, initiatives, and mental energy by acting as the point of contact for the Principals regarding client concerns. Organize ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to keep Principal informed of client issues but with reduced day-to-day involvement.Managing technology for the Principals' brand and reputation via social media - LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.Managing key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders and clients.Maintaining updated client information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and maximize the effectiveness of the data.Qualifications for this role include:BS/BA Required4-6 years' experience in the financial services industryMinimum 2 years' experience in client service administrationDetail-oriented, efficient time management, and organizational skillsSuperior interpersonal, oral, and written communications skillsExcellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientationAbility to handle multiple tasks and operate within tight deadlinesProficiency in computer-based programs and CRM's, such as CalendlyMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Opportunities for continued growth and advancement are available and encouraged in all team members.We welcome a diverse pool of applicants from various backgrounds and urge you to apply to learn more about what our firm offers and see if it might be an attractive fit for both us and you.
