Overview This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise Sales Director. The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, and building relationships with clients. The Enterprise Sales Director will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with building relationships in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
We'd like you to have 10+ years experience with Call Center Sales/Consulting, UCASS /CCASS at an enterprise level.
Healthcare Vertical strategic account sales are a must.
The ideal candidate for this role must possess a background and extensive network in voice security, anti-fraud technology, and a deep passion for utilizing data to enhance customer interactions.
Qualifications
In this role, you will:
Monitor and actively follow up on inbound sales leads utilizing a commonly used CRM platform (customer relationship management)
Create, manage and own your sales pipeline from the prospect's initial inquiry to the close of the deal
Actively develop opportunities by identifying and researching potential accounts
Present custom web/phone demonstrations to prospects after evaluating their needs and matching to the best solution(s)
Maintain and grow existing customer base by providing best-in-class customer service
Collaborate with the Marketing, Account Management, and Product teams to provide our customers with the best possible product experience
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events
Overcome objections of prospective customers
For this role, we anticipate paying a base salary $105,500k - $125,300 annually. In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidates knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. TNS offers a competitive benefit package including medical and dental coverage, life insurance, paid holidays and vacations, and a 401K plan with company match.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing, or a related field
You don't have to check all the boxes, but we think these are important requirements for this role:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
5+ years of experience exceeding sales goals: exceeding sales quota and quality 'contact' metrics (numbers of meetings secured, etc.)
Demonstrated curiosity outside your immediate role, with the purpose of adding value and achieving overarching department goals.
