Supports HUB Management in the personnel processes for HUB staff, including but not limited to hiring, supervision and evaluation of staff performance and/or training needs as it pertains to the OCFO HUB operations.

Is supportive, enforcing, and assisting in the company's efforts for compliance with applicable governmental regulations as posted by DOT, Dept. of Homeland Security (e.g. US CBP, TSA etc), Dept of Agriculture, Dept. of Commerce and other governmental agencies (FMC, Bureau of Census), etc
  • Perform various warehouse duties such as order picking, building pallets, and
  • Implements the company's Policies, Procedures and Guidelines to carry out and support OCFO Network
  • Maintains awareness of current industry trends, changes, and developments through professional reading, conference and seminars attendance, and related industry organizations participation.
  • Interprets the company's policies and procedures from an internal and external Customer Service oriented manner.
  • Establishes close communication with Regional and Global OCFO, Gateways, GHAs and other internal as well as external stakeholders
  • Plans HUB work flow including staffing for effective customer service levels.
  • Performs regular employee evaluation.
  • Is knowledgeable of the company's operative system to assist all HUB users, and customers
  • Measure performance according to established KPI's, with a focus on continuous improvements in efficiency and cost throughput
