In addition, the role will serve as a liaison between the client and its custodians to support all aspects of brokerage and trust accounts. Responsibilities: Assist clients, partner Financial Advisors, Sr. Investment Consultants, and Portfolio Manager Teams with client onboarding and ongoing client support. Prepare paperwork for all new accounts and maintain records that house all client, Financial Advisor, and partner firm contact information including the processing of all changes partner's broker-dealer and/or RIA changes. Acts as a liaison with custodians; resolves problems and discrepancies related to cash transactions, including but not limited to incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Responsible for processing investment transactions and reconciling account information. Review system records and client agreements to ensure company standards and client eligibility are met. Able to verify the accuracy, manage risk, and resolve issues using multiple resources, account records, and online systems. Provides back-up for other similar Wealth Management functions when required. Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Interest in banking, finance, accounts, or relevant fields. Excellent computer literacy with proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
