RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CLINICAL BEHAVIOR ANALYST - BCBA

This full-time position as a Clinical Behavior Analyst involves a hybrid work arrangement.

As a Clinical Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing program coordination under the guidance of our regional clinic director. Your duties will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client. By fostering strong relationships with families, you will play a crucial role in promoting learning and independence, while also mentoring staff and RBTs to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Collaboration with other team members is essential for ensuring smooth transitions in care. Your expertise in analyzing and graphing behavioral data will inform the assessment and intervention processes. By adhering to agency protocols and guidelines, you will exemplify our commitment to excellence and compassion in all client interactions.
