You have a growth mindset and seek progress over perfection. **What You'll Be Doing:** The IT Support Specialist is passionate about serving others. This role will provide exceptional customer service to our internal colleagues and our external partners, clients, and vendors. Primary day-to-day responsibilities include managing requests via the internal helpdesk system, support for all business technology including onsite and offsite support, and asset lifecycle management.
