Key Responsibilities: Governance & Compliance: Oversee and manage GRC frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies, particularly focusing on FCC compliance. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to financial crime and compliance. Develop and implement risk management strategies. Project Management: Lead and manage GRC–related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Audit & Documentation: Coordinate internal and external audits, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure record–keeping practices are adhered to. Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and update compliance procedures to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication of compliance requirements and risk management strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 8–10 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with a specific focus on Financial Crime Compliance (FCC Skills: Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, audit processes, and documentation. Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, with a strong ability to handle multiple priorities. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CAMS) are preferred. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
