Job Summary
OnSolves Marketing Operations and Technology team is responsible for streamlining marketing operation processes, creating, and implementing optimized, effective, and engaging marketing online programs as defined by Marketing Demand Generation managers, Content Marketing managers, Strategic Communication managers and Product Marketing managers, as well as other members across OnSolves organization. Marketing trigger-based campaigns and programs will be defined and run across multiple product lines to drive conversion and pipeline goals for new business, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to support business revenue ensuring no prospect left behind.
The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a hands-on, vital data-driven role in assisting with database hygiene (MAP), helping email manager with building, testing, and executing effective marketing automation campaigns for OnSolve in the best, most efficient, way. Prior knowledge of best practices for supporting marketing automation programs, utilizing various marketing automation platforms to collaborate on inbound and outbound marketing tactics, trigger-based campaigns, and email marketing programs. In addition, this position will oversee marketing operations in-take process and monitor related marketing operations tasks, working with marketing managers to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Support marketing operations team in-take request process, repetitive tasks, approvals and assist with edits and changes to email, landing pages, production schedules, and more to ensure the successful launch of all campaigns.
Aiding in the process for list scrubbing, assignments, and list loading into marketing automation platform, as well as, helping when needed building of automated marketing workflows, ad hoc email campaigns, affiliate campaigns, and demand gen programs across the marketing technology stack.
Assisting with building and maintaining global forms and standardize email sending lists to support acquisition and engagement marketing programs, which align with the Marketing Programs Teams plans to meet marketing and sales goals.
Collaborate with other team members to support analysis of data and campaign results to improve and refine existing processes and programs.
Qualifications
Degree in a relevant discipline: Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Public Relations OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing/marketing automation, i.e., Marketo, Hubspot, Silverpop, Pardot or similar.
Working knowledge of HTML.
Organized, methodical thinker, and detail-oriented problem solver.
Basic knowledge of industry best practices for marketing automation, database management, list management, and the ability and desire to learn new tools and technologies quickly and apply them to marketing challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment; enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.
Comfortable with software programs such as CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite), Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint), Other platforms (WordPress, Marketo, Conversica, Optimizely).
Preferred Qualifications
Marketo Experience within an Enterprise environment.
Ability to work well within a global, virtual team environment.
Experience in Account Based Marketing.
Experience working within a project management tool across multiple teams.
