Marketing Automation Manager

Location: Sandy Springs, GA *Onsite*

The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a pivotal role in our expansion by executing compelling email & SMS campaigns, assisting with rebranding efforts, and collaborating with internal team members across brand, paid media, SEO, and social media.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns, including copywriting, design coordination, and deployment.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including brand, paid media, SEO, and social media, to align email and SMS campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding across channels.
  • Craft personalized messaging strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Utilize customer data to segment audiences for targeted and personalized email and SMS campaigns while owning the creation of these audiences for other marketing channels such as paid media.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize email and SMS campaign elements such as subject lines, content, and timing.
 

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience with a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar) and SMS marketing tools.
  • Ability to craft compelling email and SMS copy and coordinate with design teams for visually appealing content.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data, draw actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience working with customer data for segmentation and personalization.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and integration of email and SMS touchpoints into broader customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ability to effectively communicate project objectives, timelines, and expectations to team members.
  • Proven ability to craft personalized messaging strategies that resonate with diverse audience segments.
  • Ability to contribute to creative ideation and brainstorming sessions.
