Ensures standards are met for farm supply audits and inventory cycle counts Ensure organization of the customer base and effective implementation of customer programs Analyze capital requirements and provides recommendations regarding capital budget needs Analyze operating requirements and provides recommendations regarding budget needs Ensure division services are developed as appropriate Ensure the implementation of pro-active health and safety, environmental and security programs Assist Branch Managers with the settlement of disputes within the division, internal and external to the company What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of related experience 5+ years of this experience must have been in a leadership capacity Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Familiarity with grain and farm supply industry regulations and policies Are you a good match?
