The Partner Marketing Director is a crucial member of our organization helping to fulfill and expedite the growth of high-touch, global partner marketing. You operate as both an entry point into agency studio, consulting and product services and/or boots on-the-ground in the client’s partner marketing organization. Outside of the agency, you are a growth agent of the client, helping them to accelerate growth of their partner program and boost ROI such as revenue or brand presence. In addition, you will lead partner marketing and go-to-marketing services for your client and assist in helping them to sell-in and sell-through their program within their partner ecosystem. Inside of the agency you are a main point of contact to deliver full funnel, brand to demand solutions and tap into the wider agency network for specialists such as brand strategy, demand marketing, paid media and content marketing. And you will assist selling in program expansions to new regions and markets. Additionally, you will be a thought leader, writing strong points of view and leading innovation. Depending on the F100 client partner program, you will lead and manage 1 to 10 partners conducting regular client calls, keeping clients in the loop and engaging auxiliary agency specialists operating in Indigo Slate or sister agencies. We’re looking for someone who is an avid communicator and storyteller, creative in their approach to solving problems, and confident with clients. As part of this fast-paced, fun team, you will get the chance to work with exciting global brands and deliver award-winning project work. Responsibilities: Have a deep understanding of your client, product and solution approaches seeing the bigger picture and providing strategic direction to internal and agency teams Plan, manage, and execute joint marketing plans and initiatives, maintaining partner marketing benefits and best practices as an expert on partner marketing and go-to-market strategy knowledgeable of full funnel, brand to demand marketing and sales enablement Act as subject matter expert to demonstrate a deep understanding and pulse of the partner eco-system (market, competition, demand, etc.) to provide feedback within geographical footprint and insights on campaign landing to area and corporate marketing stakeholders. Operate as a strategic leader with senior clients to deliver strategic marketing plans that align with client’s and client partner objectives. Write creative briefs to direct internal agency studio teams for development and execution Build intelligent solutions and creating successful co-marketing programs for our clients and their people and partners to empower their people and partners to do more. Manage relationships and collaborate with our partners and their clients’ organizations, including multinational, alliance, and system integrator partners. Driven and motivated to strive to bring thought leadership marketing best practices and trends to this role and to your projects.
