Our client a major Telecommunication company is seeking a Content Creator to join their team. As a Content Creator, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Webinar Content Team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to matrix manage stakeholders, be a proactive communicator, and have the ability to persuade others, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Overland Park, KS (Onsite)

Pay Range: $53-$56 /hr.

What's the Job?

  • Write clear, engaging, and informative content for TFB-hosted webinars targeting enterprise and government audiences.
  • Develop scripts, outlines, and talking points that resonate with large organizations and government decision-makers.
  • Create promotional content for landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and other channels to drive webinar registrations and engagement.
  • Highlight T-Mobiles competitive advantages in the marketplace in all content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to measure content effectiveness and optimize future webinars based on performance insights.
What's Needed?
  • Proven experience in writing for enterprise and/or government audiences, particularly in technology or digital transformation sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, challenges, and regulatory landscapes in enterprise and government.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a focus on engagement and clarity.
  • Experience managing an editorial calendar and content inventory to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint is required, with the ability to create professional presentations that support webinar content.
