Salary Range: $90,000 / year + Bonus Potential
Senior Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant with GL experience
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and Lookups)
- Excellent tenure and a desire for long-term growth
- Leadership skills and the potential to grow into supervisory and management roles
- Experience in cost accounting is preferred
- Background in manufacturing, particularly with inventory management is preferred
- Leadership experience or a desire to develop into a leadership role is preferred
- Conduct physical inventory count reconciliations
- Manage product and project costs, including material variances and labor efficiencies
- Handle standard cost accounting duties
- Participate in GL accounting, month-end close, budgets, and forecasts
- Consolidate accounts for multiple entities, including international ones
