Description:

As a Branch Manager at Short Staffed, Inc., you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to both our valued customers and employees. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of operations, including order management, recruitment, employee relations, and customer service. Your performance will directly impact our company's reputation and success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including new hire paperwork completion and compliance with relevant employment laws.
  • Coordinate driver schedules and ensure timely completion of pick-up schedules.
  • Conduct recruitment activities such as placing help wanted ads, attending job fairs, and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate employee reviews and maintain customer lists.
  • Assist Recruiters in filling customer positions by proactively contacting candidates.
  • Ensure the completion and accuracy of documentation related to employee incidents.
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of the lobby.
  • Communicate effectively via telephone and written correspondence with stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage people.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time and tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, especially in handling confidential paperwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Other Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Comfortable sitting for long periods and using office equipment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
