THE JOB

The Contract Recruiter will handle full cycle internal recruitment for all Sales (Business Development Office) hiring in the North American Region (US & Canada). Assignment will be between 6-12 months with potential for extension. This person will be part of a small recruitment team of 4 and work closely with the Human Resources Team on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include:
  • Consistently working on multiple openings at one time; up to 10-20 Sales roles at any given time.
  • Handles all initial reach outs, conducts phone screens, presents candidates directly to Management, schedules internal meetings, conducts post-interview follow up calls with candidates; handles process from start to finish supporting both the candidate and Manager until a decision is made.
  • Sources candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
  • Works closely with Sales RVP's across the region to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
  • Manages all internal reports and Paycom Recruiting platform; posting jobs, following up on interested applicants, work with HR Generalist on onboarding and internal communications.
  • Presents offers, handles negotiations if necessary, creates offer letters.
  • Tracks recruitment KPI's, like time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill for internal tracking.
  • Consistently researching new recruiting trends, analyzing the market and finding new creative ways to identify top talent to bring to the organization.
Qualifications

THE CANDIDATE
  • 2 or 4 year degree in related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of in-house recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of full cycle recruitment and experience in hiring sales representative and financial services roles.
  • Experience working within insurance industry a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter. Paycom experience a plus.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator.
