Core & ATM Operations Specialist II

Core & ATM Operations Specialist II (Entry) Maintains, upgrades, and repairs the core processing mainframe and peripheral equipment. Schedules, monitors, and verifies mainframe backups and restores for disaster recovery, business continuity, testing, and training purposes. Monitors ATM system and supports ATM system administration. Provides professional service at all levels of operation which includes providing technical support for assigned systems and applications. Assists and supports area personnel and promotes a team environment. Maintains and manages daily, monthly, and quarterly operational schedules. Competently perform data entry functions to include running ad hoc processes on the core system mainframe as assigned. Keeps management well informed of area activities and maintains all related records, logs, and equipment. Position involves interaction with third party vendors as well as internal and external members. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Minimal level of supervision.
Job QualificationsEDUCATION: Associate degree in related field

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One (1) year of similar or related experience.
