We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to Property Manager to join our team at Tropicana Building II, LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will provide administrative support to our Property Manager and contribute to the overall success of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations, including compliance, leasing, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to property operations.
  • Support the leasing process, including showing properties, processing applications, and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Assist with compliance tasks, such as income qualifying, physical standards, and social service aspects.
  • Perform administrative duties, including ordering supplies, parts, and submitting vacancies, move-outs, and timesheets.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to gather documentation and support the leasing process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; experience in apartment property management a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Valid Texas driver's license required.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
