Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
or a related technical field,
3
months of experience in the aforementioned areas, including internships, is
required
.

Experience should be in operations, engineering, project management, or related professional settings.
Background in relevant fields such as engineering, data analysis, or specific operational areas
relevant to the company industry.
Familiarity with
OE
tools and methodologies, including experience in setting up Management Systems or working with Lean practices.
Experience in digital product lifecycle management or Agile team environments may be
advantageous
.
