My client is a global bank and is looking to hire a Leveraged Finance Credit Analyst.
The Credit Analyst is a first line of defense credit role where you will be working closely with Coverage Bankers to underwrite and monitor a portfolio of lev fin deals.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Collaborate with originations to pinpoint customer business prospects and collect the necessary information for business screening process
- Create credit applications for both existing and new transactions
- Support structuring and contribute to underwriting transaction assessments, aid in the preparation of due diligence and facilitate the transactions execution
- Prepare credit memos and remain up to date with industry segment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years for Associate and 5+ years for VP level in credit
This position is in office 3-4 days a week at their midtown office in NYC.
