  • Prepare internal reports on investments, company evaluations, and materials for investment committees.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and accounting professionals to manage processes and due diligence.
  • Structure transactions and assist in negotiations and deal closures.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a leveraged finance environment.
  • An MBA or CFA designation is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Proficient modeling skills with the ability to adapt and analyze diverse scenarios.
  • A bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution, with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Preferred experience in a training program at a leading sell-side bank.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
