Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating our financial planning and analysis function by educating leadership teams and ensuring they understand the related FP&A requirements and can use the prescribed systems and tools to fully comply with SEKISUI Diagnostics FP&A reporting projects.

About you:

You are comfortable working in the details and rolling up your sleeves to ensure the financial success of the company. You use your expertise and insights to support the business in making fiscally responsible decisions regarding capital investments, resource allocations, product sourcing and selling, and product pricing/discount proposals. You have led annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes, have overseen, directed and developed the review, approval, and communication of all assigned operating budgets, and forecasts. In addition, you have directed team resources in developing, enhancing, and maintaining financial models that support the financial planning reporting processes. You have managed the day-to-day activities of a global FP&A and consolidation reporting team. You are committed to the employee engagement by attracting, developing, and retaining talent through effective resource planning, goal setting, performance management, development planning, and ongoing coaching.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 10 years' progressive and relevant finance experience working with a multi-national complex company. You will clearly demonstrate leadership competencies and be highly competent in your ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally. You will demonstrate a critical thinking at a high level and be proficient in financial modeling. Experience with relational databases, modern ERP systems, and proficiency with the entire Microsoft Suite Experience is imperative.
