Key Responsibilities:


Operational Expense Management: Take charge of the monthly re-forecasting process, budget formulation, accruals, general ledger coding, SG&A analysis, and weekly finance updates. This role includes preparing the monthly re-forecast, developing sub-schedules, and presenting variance explanations during re-forecast meetings. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financials for the department(s) to guarantee accrual accuracy and proper general ledger coding.


Capital Expenditure Management: Collaborate with supported department(s) to assess capital needs and oversee capital expenditures. This involves preparing the annual budget, monthly re-forecasts, and Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) along with necessary supporting documents highlighting key metrics. You will review ongoing and upcoming capital projects, provide variance explanations, and create ad-hoc reports for management at all levels.


Performance Improvement Contribution (PIC): Identify, execute, and/or support PIC initiatives. Respond to the company's needs by pinpointing and implementing additional expense and capital-saving practices.


Special Projects: Undertake special projects as assigned by CFO/CAO, Senior Management, and Director of Business Support. This includes reviewing current processes for accuracy and efficiency, identifying improvement opportunities, and training field personnel on best practices and the use of current technology within the organization.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance, with a preference for 5+ years
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and computerized accounting applications
