Role:
The Corporate HR Manager is integral to executing on and maintaining the company's overall people strategy and practices within the corporate functions. This role is responsible for partnering with support teams and outsourced providers (recruiting, talent management, payroll and benefits/leaves of absence) to drive engagement and compliance. The Corporate HR Manager ensures that Corporate HR strategies align with the company's business objectives while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
In addition to understanding and managing core HR processes and procedures, the Corporate HR Manager handles various administrative tasks efficiently. This role involves responding to requests and inquiries from both internal and external sources and developing strong relationships with employees at all organizational levels.
This hands-on role demands active listening, creative problem-solving, and proactive approaches to addressing people-related issues.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as HR contact for Corporate office leaders and team members for inquiries on policies, procedures, and other general HR questions?
- Receives and responds to Corporate office HR inquiries via telephone, email, or in-person, and completes with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to written procedures, while maintaining confidentiality of all HR related information?
- Takes ownership of company-wide compliance initiatives, managing processes with HR administrative support, including I-9 verification, compliance updates, standard job descriptions, audits, policy clarifications, labor law posters, EEO-1 reporting, and unemployment claims
- Conducts candidate interviews for corporate positions
- Oversees and completes the administration of Corporate office exit interviews and stay interviews
- Manages corporate bonus programs and overall compensation strategies
- Confidentiality and excellent interpersonal/diplomacy skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization?
- Conducts employee relations investigations and escalates, as needed, to Director of Human Resources ?
- Completes exit interviews and analyzes feedback???
- Coaches and provides guidance to leadership on the organizations policies?
- Ensures Company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Works with leadership to create and deliver performance management and corrective action counseling and documentation?
- Creates regular reports and presentations on HR metrics?
- Promptly responds to and resolves employee questions about HR-related issues?
- Assists with performance management planning and reviews?
- Participates in and supports training (virtual or in person), as needed?
- Performs back-office transactions in support of HR functions, including running as-needed and scheduled reports, data entry, mailings, filing, and sending correspondence?
- Maintains employment records including pay changes, promotions, terminations, and other employment activities?
- Provides support for all areas of HR, as needed?
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility:
- Achieves impactful results by effectively managing performance, and overseeing the training and development of the HR Administrator, who supports the entire HR organization?

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field of study?
- SHRM-CP preferred?
- Over 5 years in Human Resources with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, along with substantial experience in employment law
- Previous experience providing Human Resources support to 100+ employees?within corporate functions
- Previous supervisory experience of 1+ years

- Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours?
