Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at AppleOne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a broad range of Human Resources and administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from all levels of employees and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Previous experience providing Human Resources support to 100+ employees is also required.

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Serving as contact for leaders and team members for inquiries on policy, procedures, and other general HR questions
  • Receiving and responding to HR inquiries via telephone, email, or in-person, and completing with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to written procedures, while maintaining confidentiality of all HR-related information
  • Conducting employee relations investigations and escalating, as needed, to Director of Human Resources
  • Completing exit interviews and analyzing feedback
  • Coaching and providing guidance to leadership on the Organization's policies
  • Working with leadership to create and deliver performance management and corrective action counseling and documentation
  • Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Promptly responding to and resolving employee questions about HR-related issues
  • Assisting with performance management planning and reviews
  • Participating in and supporting training (virtual or in-person), as needed
  • Performing back-office transactions in support of HR functions, including running as-needed and scheduled reports, data entry, mailings, filing, and sending correspondence
  • Maintaining employment records, including pay changes, promotions, terminations, and other employment activities
  • Providing support for all areas of HR, as needed
