Job Title: Human Resources

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team at L3Harris. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business analytics and be able to influence leaders to make sound talent decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with client groups to build and execute talent plans in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives, and goals.
  • Identify and diagnose issues proactively and develop, recommend, and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement/experience and business results.
  • Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships, and demonstrates L3Harris core values.
  • Openness to working across Human Resources domains, including HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Organizational Development.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Geographically mobile and willing to work anywhere in the U.S.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
    • GPA of 3.0 or greater.
    • Experience/familiarity with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity, and Organizational Development.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and consulting skills.
    • Eagerness to continuously learn and grow.
    • Team-oriented, builds relationships, and collaborates to help the company succeed.
    • Strong analytical skills – can interpret data and trends and succinctly communicate and recommend decisions.
    • Challenges the status-quo, links situations to the bigger picture, and innovates to solve problems and drive change.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail.
    • Effectively interact will all levels of management.
    • Effectively navigates matrixed environment.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft.
