Then keep reading - you've come to the right place.Role DescriptionForm Energy is hiring an Associate Manager to lead our Test Operations team in Massachusetts. This role reports into our Engineering department. As part of our team, you will ensure efficient test operations and resource allocation in collaboration with program management and partner teams. You will be responsible for running our battery test labs that are cycling thousands of cells safely and reliably, by being both hands on and managing a team of technicians.
