Remote/Home based with travel circa 50% We are hiring a Territory Manager for our Noblegen business in North America. Reporting to the OEM and Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing business for our Liquid Nitrogen Generator portfolio with our direct end users and OEM accounts while establishing and expanding our distributor network. You will travel throughout the assigned territory - either New York, Los Angeles, Boston, or Atlanta , with occasional travel to other parts of the country or to our manufacturing operations in the UK. Our main US office is located in Westford, Massachusetts, and we have plans for significant Noblegen growth over the next few years. You will be joining a North American team of around 100 colleagues including dedicated sales and field service engineer teams covering the whole of mainland US and key territories in Canada. In addition, you will be responsible for: Achieving/exceeding sales targets and objectives for the territory. Providing sales advice and product recommendations for customers, OEMs, and distributors. Regular visits to your territory to provide support, guidance, and training to customers as well as accompanying distributors on end user visits. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key OEM and end user customers. Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement, ensuring agreed profit margins are maintained with the aim to win business. Prospecting, growing, managing, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Upkeep of quotations, monthly reports, prospects/pipeline activity with feedback at meetings. Ensuring a record of sales, order information, and customer contact details are entered and maintained in the CRM system. Strategic Planning – examine and identify the key regions within the territory and devise an action plan ensuring a focused business approach to your markets. Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge and/or experience of dermatology, oncology, and/or cosmetic markets with relevant industry experience (B2B). Proven experience in establishing distributor networks. Knowledge of chemistry, capital equipment selling, and value selling. Experienced at managing and exceeding personal sales targets. Any additional languages are beneficial. College degree in Business or related scientific discipline. Ability to work independently and successfully manage time and territory. Excellent analytical skills and ability to sell strategically within an account.
