Responsibilities

•Based on tenant requests, prioritizes work orders and assigns maintenance and construction employees, or outside contractors as needed. Ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and lease obligations and standards. Closes out tasks when completed.
•Performs routine property inspections of occupied and vacant properties to ensure cleanliness, security and overall appearance including parking lots and surrounding areas. Recommends repairs and/or maintenance as necessary.
•Obtains quotes for snow removal, landscaping, and other related services as requested by the VP of Property Management. Completes purchase order process as necessary when ordering services and materials/supplies.
•Knowledge of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and Life Safety systems in commercial properties.
•Provides 24/7 on-call support during off hours and weekends as assigned.
•Reviews tenant Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Reconciliations.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of four to six years of related experience in commercial property management.
•CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
•Valid driver's license with good-standing driving record.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•US Work Authorization
