Duties and Responsibilities Develops and executes lead generation strategies targeting B2B net new contacts, with a focus on top-of-funnel activities to drive awareness and interest in our products/services. In coordination with campaign managers, implements lead acquisition-specific campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, events, content marketing, and digital advertising, to reach new target audiences effectively. Collaborates closely with the marketing campaigns team to align lead acquisition efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaign initiatives. Uses marketing automation tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage lead data, track campaign performance, and optimize lead conversion rates. Ensures GDPR compliance in all lead acquisition activities, including obtaining consent and managing opt-ins/opt-outs effectively. Implements best practices for data privacy and security to protect customer information and uphold regulatory requirements. Analyzes lead acquisition metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketing Cloud / Salesforce). Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
