Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing will lead our company's marketing efforts by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role encompasses market research, brand management, digital marketing, and product marketing to increase sales and market share. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading marketing campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility in the distribution sector.

Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Strategy Development : Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share. Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Brand Management : Ensure a consistent brand message across all channels. Develop and manage the company’s brand strategy as well as promotional activities. Digital Marketing : Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to generate leads and build online community. Content Creation : Direct the creation of engaging marketing materials and content for various channels, including website, blogs, brochures, and press releases. Product Development and Launch : Work closely with the product development team to define marketing strategies for new and existing products. Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market. Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and materials that support the selling process, including sales training, product literature, and presentations. Education/Technical Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in the medical device, or B2B engineering components and services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and digital marketing tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Creative and strategic thinking ability. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strategic thinking with an innovative mindset to identify new marketing opportunities and challenges. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Skillset

Deep knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels. Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey strategies and results to stakeholders.
