The Senior LIFE Healthcare Sales Coordinator is responsible for educating the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program, organizing community outreach and promotional activities, and guiding interested participants into enrollment. The successful candidate will identify and cultivate new relationship opportunities that will support the organizations goals for enrollment growth.

Required Experience: Evidence of achieving sales goals. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience in healthcare sales or admissions preferred.

Required Certifications/Licensing: Valid Pennsylvania Drivers License and car insurance.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and organizational skills
  • Possess the ability to work effectively within a culturally, socioeconomically and educationally diverse population
  • Goal-driven with a competitive edge
  • Computer literacy including ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
  • Appropriate sales and marketing techniques to outreach to diverse social and ethnic groups and to communicate effectively with them
  • Proven system to efficiently track and trend all leads and sales activity
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and available resources
  • This position involves local travel up to 50% of the time (mileage reimbursed).
