Program Coordinator, Iacocca Institute

Welcome to the opportunity for a Management role within our organization. We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team to assist with recruitment and partner engagement initiatives for the Iacocca Institute programs. This position will focus on the organization and execution of recruitment strategies, management of partner interactions, and support for marketing and communication efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and executing recruitment strategies for Institute programs
- Overseeing relationship management with Institute partners
- Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies
- Facilitating alumni engagement
- Supporting initiatives for new business growth
- Identifying potential funding sources
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Background in program or project coordination
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or client relationship management
- Excellent communication and marketing abilities
