Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in the construction or industrial sectors, ideally within the roofing industry. This role requires the ability to engage with customers on technical projects, read blueprints, and provide informed guidance on roofing materials and solutions. Candidates with roofing or construction knowledge are highly preferred.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist customers with inquiries related to metal roofing and siding products.
    • Discuss project details, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
    • Provide expert advice on product selection, custom trim options, and specifications.
    • Handle customer orders, follow-ups, and problem resolution with a professional and knowledgeable approach.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and project understanding.
    • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service role within the roofing, construction, industrial, or blue-collar sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of roofing materials and construction terminology.
    • Ability to understand and discuss technical details related to roofing projects.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Retail customer service experience will not be considered.
    • Interview Process:
    • Virtual or phone screen with HR.
    • Onsite interview with the hiring manager.


$20 - $25 an hour
