Job Overview:

As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their event objectives and vision, and then use your creativity and organizational skills to bring their ideas to life. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity for growth and career development within our dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to determine event objectives, budget, and timeline

Develop event proposals, including budget breakdowns, timelines, and creative ideas

Source and negotiate with vendors for event services, such as venues, catering, decor, and entertainment

Coordinate all event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management

Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels

Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners

Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning strategies

Qualifications:
