Individual must be able to clearly communicate technical matters to personnel at all levels and functions of the organization. May provide technical direction over other engineers or engineering support personnel. May have formal supervisory responsibilities over a group with specific engineering objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manages projects with focus on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.Manages project consultants and project resources, assures projects are delivered according to scope, design, budget, and timelines as outlined by the Sponsor and as documented in the charter and in compliance with Audit.Perform and/or direct work necessary to complete final plans, specifications, and installation/construction of assigned projects.Interact and communicate with internal and external parties to assure compliance to federal, state, local, and internal requirements (codes, standards, specifications, procedures, policies, labor agreements, etc.).Responsible for project planning.
