Must have general knowledge of Operations and Billing to assist customers with questions concerning invoices. Must be committed to excellent customer service and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Promotes a safe work environment by participating in safety initiatives and reporting unsafe conditions and behaviors. JOB DUTIES:Maintains relationships with assigned customers.Provides customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies and short payments.Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos.Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.Enlist the efforts of Trade Development, Operations, and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process and resolve disputes.Must communicate and follow up effectively with Trade Development, Operations, and senior management regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Trade Development and Operations.Must be able to navigate all Billing and Operation systems to research charges.Take credit card payments via phone using GPA's designated vendor for customers without credit.Must be able to understand GPA's MTO Schedule to correctly rate charges when receiving payment in advance for services.Obtains copies of invoices for customers who cannot identify charges from monthly statements or cannot locate the invoice in their system.
