* Review the design and production work of staff to ensure it meets the industry standards of care and is in conformance with PACE standards

* Strive continually to see that work is completed on time and within allocated budget

* Maintain close liaison with clients to resolve project questions

* Manage department resources/staffing to meet client expectations

* Ensure department utilization and other goals are met

* Coordinate with corporate office in Kirkland, WA

* Assist in the formulation of business, marketing, and strategic planning

* Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the firm's policies and applicable laws

* Seal/sign construction documents

Job Requirements

* 15 years of civil experience

* Experience leading a team

* Business Development experience

* Experience with design of municipal utilities, streets, and/or land development projects

* Experience managing a team or office to successful business outcomes

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

* PE license - OR & WA required
