Job Description

The DPS Client Training team, an integral part of DPS, specializes in delivering pivotal training to our clients, optimizing product utilization and retention.

We're seeking a Training Analyst devoted to the design and development of captivating and innovative learning assets and experiences for our clients. Your instructional design expertise will be crucial in creating modern learning solutions that drive business impact and performance.

In this role, you'll support the delivery team in course and program design by creating dynamic learning opportunities across a range of mediums and modalities, all informed by desired learning outcomes. You'll consult with the delivery team and stakeholders to identify course goals and apply evidence-based instructional strategies.

By working alongside Visa Product Managers and Trainers, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of how our teams develop and deliver training to our clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain a solid understanding of the revenue drivers for the DPS organization and how our clients utilize our products and services.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
  • A flexible approach to utilizing emerging technologies and platforms, with a focus on user experience and alignment with broader business strategies.
  • You have the ability to maintain learner focus and collaborate with a diverse workforce.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to simplify complex topics into understandable formats.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an aptitude for learning new tools for content design, development, and socialization.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage various tasks, milestones, deadlines, and stakeholder outcomes.
  • You have prior experience in designing and developing training assets, including video tutorials, delivery decks, and documentation for adult learners.
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and incorporating generative AI, where appropriate


Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 83,300.00 to 112,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
